We offer prompt delivery of products purchased to our customers.

Orders of $150 and above receive a $10 credit toward customer’s shipment cost.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Some of our suppliers do not ship internationally.  What happens in that case is that, we ask the suppliers to ship the product(s) to us and we re-direct the goods to our overseas customer(s). This will delay shipping for approximately one to two weeks.  Therefore, please understand that even though we use UPS shipping, it may be a week or more before you receive the item(s).  We stock some products, so they are readily available for immediate shipping; other products come from our supplier warehouses.

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Please allow up to 2-4 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping. Shipping transit time is dependent on customer’s location.

For International order, all excise duties, brokerage and shipping charges related to importation and compliance with local import laws are solely the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from actions or decisions of local governmental bureaus regarding the importation of your order.

METHOD:  UPS GROUND

CANADA, UNITED STATES & MEXICO

UPS Ground usually takes 1-4 business days for US customers and 4-6 business days for both Canadian and Mexican customers to reach the buyer’s destination after we ship the product(s). We use UPS service as we understand the customers desire to receive the product(s) as soon as possible.

Shipping and handling for UPS  is $ 17.50 for U.S. customers, $21.00 for Canadian customers and $22.00 for Mexican Customers. These charges include shipping & handling Fee, packing materials, processing and labour costs, FREE tracking number and delivery confirmation. The tracking number will be emailed to the customer through DRESSCUTE.COM or UPS notification service, at the time of shipment. 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

The posted rates below are for UPS AIR and take anywhere from 5-9 business days transit depending on the country of destination. European customers are subject to $26.00 shipping and handling charges. Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan are all subject to $27.00 charge.

NOTE: All customs and exercise duties, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be collected upon delivery of the package by the postal carrier. Please be informed that DRESSCUTE is not going to accept any advice from the customer to ship the goods as gifts, we will not do so. DRESSCUTE practices full disclosure of its operations.
